secondly, "coincidences" (the events corresponding with political events/motives) are how a lot of people have connected to dots to some very real things (gov has claimed that Roswell doesn't even exist, claimed JFK kill by a "magic" bullet, 9-11 DOES NOT ADD UP! [just saying]). do not simply dismiss them as such.
lastly, please please please use your resources to find things out. DO NOT SIMPLY REACT. the spark of this (in the FULFORD'S mind) is the THE TAKANAKA TOLD HIM THEY WERE THREATENED BY THIS MACHINE. the question then becomes "did he actually say that?" so then you look for evidence of that. you also automatically look up this FULFORD guy and see where he is coming from. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS KIND OF METHODOLOGY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO UNDERSTAND THESE CLAIMS OR YOU WILL JUST END UP USEING YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. and face it, we all bring our personal bias to that table.
also keep in mind i have not done all of these checks myself because IF it has any truth to it, it is only a symptom of a much bigger problem.

As for the timing -- earthquakes happen every day, especially in Japan! What about all the earthquakes during this time period that happened in Pakistan and Afghanistan that each killed a few hundred people? Were those politically-motivated man-made earthquakes also?
