I finally got the dynamic picture upload/gallery to work. All you need to do to post your own picture and put it in your own gallery is go to "Content Creation" in the menu under "Animals". From there just click the "Image" option. The rest should be pretty self explanatory. Just don't forget to select your gallery under the pull down menu!
There are still some format issues with the actual displaying of the picture's themselves (text appears above the pic) but those can be solved later. For now, I sleep...
