We're trying to get it working properly. As far as we can tell it's a problem with cron.php. The Activity Stream relies on cron.php being refreshed to update itself. Ideally we want cron.php to be refreshed automatically once every hour or so but for now we'll have to do it manually.

Basically if you go to the site and it looks like the Activity Stream is lagging behind then just go to http://byastudios.com/drupal/cron.php, let it load, and then refresh the main page. Theoretically it should work! :D
