Ok so there are a few new things I want to address.
-We now can host our own audio. Yay! That's awesome right! There ya go get all of that cheering out of your system.
You done? Good.
As awesome as this is there are a several issues. The module I'm using to make this happen is all kinds of jankey and is a unstable beta of an update. Keeping this in mind there are steps one has to take to actually get it working. These steps are as follows.
1. Go to "Create Content" -> "Audio".
2. Enter the title and artist (or whatever the hell you want really) under "Title", enter some body text (EX: "this is a cool song I made."), and select the file you want to upload. For now lets limit it to MP3s. Theoretically it supports .wav and .ogg, but that is going to take some testing on my part to get working properly.
3. Its not over yet! Once it's posted go to the "Edit" tab and fill in whatever you want in the "Audio Metadata" fields. Now this next step is VERY IMPORTANT. Go to the "Audio File Info" section and specify the "Sample Rate". The embedded player will only show up if you fill this in. On top of that I've heard it only works with "11,025", "22,050", and "44,100" Hz. I'm not so sure how true this is but lets just assume the worst for now.
4. Enjoy some sweet audio joy!

-Crusing around the site you may notice a few "Error" messages. They should say "warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.galilee/clerma/byastudios.com/drupal/modules/cck/includes/views/content.views.inc on line 139." or some shit like that. Personally I have no fucking clue what that means but I'm working on getting it fixed. Keep in mind that it may pop up a little or it may pop up a lot. Dont worry about it for now. Just ignore it.
-The next step in all of this, besides cleaning it up, is creating an organized space for it all. Ideally I would like Luke (or anyone else) to have a "Music" link right under their "Pics". Again this shouldn't be hard at all. It'll just take some elbow grease.
Well thats about it for now. Everybody feel free to get your comment on. Suggestions are more than welcome at this point.
